who we are

New Hope Family Services is a CARF-Accredited behavior health service for at-risk youth and their families. Established in 2002 as a residential treatment facility, our program has since evolved to include family treatment through a service called Intensive Family Intervention (IFI) . Our mission is to provide comprehensive healthcare by qualified professionals who deliver the highest level of care to the children and families we serve. We take the necessary time, attention and structure to help internalize positive change.

The goal of our program is to give families the opportunity to learn new behaviors and help them to make better choices for their children. This goal is accomplished by crisis intervention and skill building, involving the family in the children treatment and broadening the continuum of care so that children are able to avoid the trauma and stigma associated with psychiatric hospitalization or residential treatment.
